Allie has always possessed a strong passion for children, ingrained inside her heart since she was a child herself. She deeply reveres the opportunity for growth within the individual child and is constantly learning from them. To Allie, children are like arrows to be sharpened and released out into the world in order to create true, positive change, aiming for the future of our world to be kinder, braver, and full of peace.

• Fourteen years of experience engaging with young children in multiple capacities including working as a nanny and providing care in the nursery at Baron Hirsch Synagogue.

• 2.5 years Highland Heights Daycare and Early Education

• Two years providing before care, aftercare, and camp counseling - Houston Levee Community Center

• Coursework in pursuit of an associate degree in English
